Electric roller disintegration results

When the rollers inside the low viscosity of the lubricant , oil black, brass ( bearing cage ) abrasive impurities, heavy duty conveyor high temperature during the operation of the drum , motor

leads end oil spills, running noise . How do we deal with this problem then !
Disintegration of inspection results
1 , roller built motor output seals harden , seal failure resulting oil into the motor inside the hollow shaft spiral conveyor  from the motor side of the lead leakage ;
2 , roller wheel cycloid reducer ( cycloidal disc ) there is a slight inner wear and tear ;
3 , reducer eccentric bearing ( motor side ) cage damaged, bearing rollers were no regular arrangement , resulting in mechanical blockage ;
4, the eccentric sleeve bore, the motor output shaft badly worn .
