Disintegration , the installation steps :
1 Remove the external sides of the roller spindle bearing , remove the drum cover on both sides ;
(2) the gear unit and the motor pulled from the inside of the drum ;
3 Remove the gear output shaft bolt ( removed well before the mark ) , the eccentric sleeve upper spring cards and gland removal ;
4 Remove the cycloid cylindrical pin Automatic Sorting Machine steel sleeve , the cycloid disc out ( confirmation cycloid disk surface marks , if necessary re-marked to facilitate installation ) ;
5 Remove the eccentric bearings and bushings, motor output terminals and internal skeleton oil seal gland ;
6 Remove the cleaning unit , check the installation parts , and then according to the above process step counter installation .
