Conveyor installation work steps

Conveyor installation steps:
Crossed and check the civil construction , view embedded steel anchor bolts and conditions and the location of the various components of the conveyor ;
Then install the industrial conveyor bolt truss ;
Installation and adjustment of equipment ( including upper and lower rollers, wipers , drives , etc. ) ;
Were installed sequentially belt hoist , telescopic head , guide trough, tensioning devices and all electrical parts bracket ;
Then tape industrial belt conveyor cutting and curing connections.
Electrical part of the conveyor installation steps :
1 Install cable ducts ;
2 Install limit switches , protective devices , cabinet , etc. ;
3 Install lighting and cabling ;
4 Finally connect the wires .
